The following Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the pg33 platform at pg33.lat. Please read this agreement carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By using pg33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Each member is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the pg33 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. pg33 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pg33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or winnings without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pg33 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorized by you.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify pg33 support immediately via live chat or by contacting [email protected]. pg33 will take reasonable steps to suspend the account pending investigation. pg33 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to use your Account to place bets, withdraw funds, or access any platform features. Accounts used by multiple individuals will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed at pg33's discretion.
pg33 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may change without notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed on the Cashier page at the time of deposit.
All transactions on the pg33 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. pg33 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically reflected in your pg33 Wallet within a few minutes of transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) banking day to process. pg33 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees which are not within pg33's control.
By depositing funds into your pg33 Account, you represent and warrant that you are the legitimate owner of the funds and that such funds have been obtained through lawful means. pg33 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
Before processing any withdrawal, pg33 requires members to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This process requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and, where applicable, documentation verifying ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
Once KYC verification is complete and a withdrawal request is submitted, pg33 targets the following processing timelines:

pg33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. pg33 will communicate the reason for any hold to the affected member and will endeavor to resolve the matter promptly.
Each game available on the pg33 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the operation of that game.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure, all affected game rounds and associated wagers may be voided at pg33's discretion. pg33 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected members and to resolve any resulting balance discrepancies fairly. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. pg33 accepts no liability for losses arising from game malfunctions beyond refunding the stake amount of the affected round.
Maximum single-session and per-game winnings caps may apply, as specified in individual game descriptions. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum cap will be reduced to the maximum payable amount. Members are encouraged to review the maximum win limits for each game before play.
pg33 reserves the right to refuse, void, or reverse any wager at its sole discretion where there is reasonable belief that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms, where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds or game conditions, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
pg33 offers various promotional offers to its members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and referral rewards. All promotional offers are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer at the time of its availability.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in its specific terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times using real-money eligible bets before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Certain game types may contribute at reduced rates to wagering requirements, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the member's Account without compensation.
The welcome bonus available to new pg33 members is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit, minimum wagering requirement, and specific game contribution rates as stated in the welcome offer terms at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per member per household per IP address.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pg33 Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonuses and winnings, permanent account closure, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pg33's total liability to any member in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you wish to self-exclude from pg33, you may do so through the Responsible Gaming section of your Account Settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. pg33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member Account at any time and without prior notice where pg33 reasonably believes that the member has breached any provision of these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, is a risk to the integrity of games or the Platform, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
You may close your pg33 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance in your Wallet will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of applicable KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus funds in your Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Upon account closure — whether initiated by pg33 or the member — access to the Platform will be revoked. Transaction history will be retained for regulatory compliance purposes in accordance with pg33's Privacy Policy. If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, pg33 reserves the right to retain any funds in the account pending investigation.
pg33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pg33 is committed to compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

pg33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pg33 will notify registered members by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the pg33 Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
The current version of the Terms is always available on this page at pg33.lat/terms-conditions, and the effective date at the top of this document indicates the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the pg33 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to pg33's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team. pg33 will endeavor to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of a formal complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through pg33's internal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
